How far ahead should I order?
Lead time depends on the size, design, and bakery schedule. Send the date as early as possible; availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Tell us every allergy before ordering. We will confirm what can be accommodated and explain any cross-contact limitations of the kitchen.
When is my order confirmed?
An inquiry is not a booking. Your order is confirmed only after final pricing, contract terms, payment schedule, and any non-refundable material fee are agreed.
Do you deliver?
Pickup or delivery availability and any associated fee are confirmed with the final quote.
